Though church leaders spend extraordinary energy preparing for worship, many do not evaluate whether the energy was well spent. Part of this reluctance comes from the (correct) belief that worship is a spiritual activity and that God's role in it ultimately is a mystery. Who can say, after all, whether people really worshiped, whether God was encountered, or whether God was truly glorified?
City-Wide Church's global outreach efforts are designed to equip believers who feel called to engage in short-term missions. Our desire is for team members to experience the dynamics of the body of Christ, to expand their vision of the world, and to participate in fruitful ministry in City-Wide global programs.

Global Outreach Program Self-Assessment/Readiness for Mission
Before you begin the application process for the City-Wide Fellowship Global Outreach programs, we would ask you to consider the following questions in order to evaluate if you are ready:
Spiritual
Do you have a clear and growing relationship with the Lord?
Are you actively involved in a local church?
Do you agree with the City-Wide Fellowship Statement of Faith?
