What are the minimum requirements for leaders in a new church start?
They must know Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. They need to have a vital relationship with God that involves prayer, Bible study, fellowship with other Christians, and service.
They must have left their previous church on good terms with the pastor and leaders. If you get power-hungry, difficult, and high-maintenance people in your core group, your new church is doomed!
