No hidden agenda. A real commitment to listening to where you really are.

Two ideal traits in a mentor would be the ability to listen without judging and to be so confidant in their walk with the Lord that is just spills out into everything they do. That I can know beyond a shadow of a doubt that any advice or leadership I am given comes directly from the Lord.
