We have struggled to keep our young adult ministry going. Finding a volunteer leader for this ministry has been difficult because usually the leader loses motivation or gets too busy. Also, when our young couples start having children, they do not want to leave the young adult ministry but then new members feel that they don't have as much in common with the group if they don't have children.
