Where did my download go?

If you downloaded a training tool or other item from the store but can't seem to find where it went, please follow these instructions to re-download your item:

  1. Click on the My Account button, located in the Member Center at the top of the right navigation.
  2. Sign in as a Registered User, since you have already downloaded an item.
  3. Scroll down to the Order/Billing History section.
  4. RIGHT click on the title you want—it should be underlined in the Status column.
  5. Click on Save Target then save to you local computer.
  6. Repeat steps 5 & 6 above for each item in your order.
