Leith Anderson

Leith's many interests involve him in pastoring, teaching, writing, speaking, and leadership. Leith earned a master of divinity from Denver Seminary in Denver, Colorado, a doctor of ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California, and a doctor of divinity from Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He has been senior pastor of Wooddale Church in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, since 1977.

Leith hosts FAITH MATTERS, a daily radio program heard in cities across America and overseas. He has written numerous articles and 10 books, including Dying For Change, A Church For The Twenty-First Century, and Leadership That Works.

Leith and his wife, Charleen, have four children and make their home in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

Charles Arn

Charles Arn completed his master's and doctoral degrees from the University of Southern California, majoring in Instructional Design and Technology. He became actively involved in the church growth movement as his father, Dr. Win Arn, began to pioneer the study and application of church growth principles to North America in the early 1970s.

Charles began working full-time with his father at Church Growth Inc., specializing in research and new product development. In 1989, he assumed the presidency of CGI. Charles has written numerous articles in the field of church growth; he is author or co-author of eight books; and he has developed 14 different lay/clergy training seminars and produced 10 "special topic" mediated study kits. He currently serves as president of the American Society of Church Growth.

Charles and his wife, Ann, live in Glendora, California, and attend Glenkirk Church.

Jill Briscoe

Jill Briscoe has written more than 40 books, including study guides, devotional material, poetry and children's books. Jill is executive editor of Just Between Us, a magazine of encouragement for ministry wives and women in leadership. She serves on the board of World Relief and Christianity Today International.

She and her husband, Stuart, minister together through Telling the Truth media ministries at conferences and mission organizations around the world. Stuart and Jill serve Elmbrook Church in Brookfield, Wisconsin, as Ministers-at-Large. They have three children, David, Judy, and Peter, and enjoy the blessing of 13 grandchildren.

Stuart Briscoe

Stuart Briscoe graduated from high school at the age of 17, and promptly embarked on a career in banking. At the same time, he started to preach. In 1959,he and his wife, Jill, a school teacher, left the business world to share in the ministry of the Torchbearers.

In 1970, Elmbrook Church in Brookfield, Wisconsin, asked Stuart to become pastor. The church has since grown to a weekly attendance of more than 7,000 and has planted eight sister churches in the Milwaukee area. Elmbrook's TV and radio ministries—Telling the Truth—featuring Stuart and Jill are broadcast widely while his extensive video and audio tapes and more then 40 books extend his ministry. After 30 years as senior pastor at Elmbrook Church, Stuart has stepped down and he and Jill have assumed the roles of Ministers-at-Large on Elmbrook's staff.

Wayne Cordeiro

Wayne Cordeiro is senior pastor of New Hope Christian Fellowship in Honolulu, Hawaii, one of the nation's fastest growing churches. Wayne has written eight books, including Doing Church as a Team, Dream Releasers, and The Seven Rules of Success, in addition to releasing three music CDs.

He also has helped plant 80 churches in the Pacific Rim and beyond, including Hawaii, Montana, the Philippines, Japan, and Myanmar. New Hope continues to build and train leaders and pastors through the Pacific Rim Bible College, New Hope International Ministries, and the Hawaii Leadership Practicum.

Gary D. Fenton

Gary is senior pastor at Dawson Memorial Baptist in Birmingham, Alabama, where he has served since 1991. He earned his master of divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, and his doctorate from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri.

Gary has written articles for several publications, including Leadership Journal, Rev, and Proclaim. He also has written "Your Ministry's Next Chapter" for the Pastor's Soul Series and Good for Goodness' Sake. During his career, he has served on numerous boards and committees, including the Missouri Baptist Convention Executive Board, and The Alabama Baptist (state Baptist paper), and he has spoken at numerous leadership and pastor conferences.

Gary and his wife, Alta Faye, have three children: Amy, Sara, and Leah.

Dave Ferguson

Dave Ferguson is the lead pastor of Community Christian Church, a multi-site, missional community in Chicagoland that draws more than 5,000 people every weekend at eight locations. The church recently was recognized as one of the most influential churches in America.

Dave provides visionary leadership for the NewThing Network and also is a co-founder and board member for the Institute for Community. Dave is the author of The Big Idea—Focus the Message, Maximize the Impact with Jon Ferguson and Eric Bramlett.

Joe N. McKeever

Joe was a pastor of Southern Baptist churches for 42 years, most recently for 14 years at First Baptist in Kenner, Louisiana, which he left in 2004 when he became director of missions with the Baptist Association of Greater New Orleans. Hurricane Katrina initially reduced the number of churches and members served by the association from 145 to 32. Since then, Joe has dedicated his efforts to helping churches and pastors in the area get back on their feet, and the number has grown back up to 93.

Joe earned both a master's degree in church history and a doctor of ministry in evangelism at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He previously has served as a trustee on the Southern Baptist International Mission Board. Joe also is a writer, cartoonist, and an active blogger.

Joe and his wife, Margaret Ann, have three children—Joe, John, and Carla—and eight grandchildren.

Richard J. "Dick" Towner

Dick often says that the really important things about him can be summarized in three numbers; 44, 3, and 11—married to Sibyl for 44 years; three sons; and 11 grandchildren. He has a degree in mechanical engineering, a master's degree in higher education administration, and a doctorate in guidance and counseling and educational research and statistics.

In 1992, Dick joined the staff of Willow Creek Church as director of finance and director of the Good $ense Ministry. In 2000, he joined the Willow Creek Association and founded the Good $ense Stewardship Movement, which he serves as executive director. Its mission is to empower church leaders to implement biblically based stewardship ministries within the local church.
