I was planning to order this, but then realized that all of the articles are authored by men. I'm sure they have some wonderful thoughts to offer, but I prefer that this type of resource be written by women who understand the unique challenges that female leaders face. Ruth Haley Barton is on your editorial team of advisors -- surely her material could have been considered!
